To register your child, these are the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(1) Baptism certificate
(2) First Holy Communion certificate (if completed)
(3) Registration form
(4) Fee: $100/child, check payable to "Our Lady of Lourdes". Cash payments "in person"  (see below).  Discount: $60/child before May 31, $80/child before June 30.

Where and How to Register for 2025-2026:

• Registration is open for 2025-2026 from March 1, 2025 through September 24, 2025.
