Children's Liturgy of the Word

To help families with young children better participate in the Liturgy of the Mass, we offer this program during the 11:30 am Mass on Sunday mornings. The children are dismissed after the opening prayer and go to a place with a small altar to hear and experience the Sunday readings and homily in a manner that is appropriate for young children. The Catechists use the “Children’s Lectionary” for the readings and Gospel, and approved materials for the homily.
